- 4 eggs
- 1 c. grits (hominy)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 4 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Add grits to boiling salted water and cook until thick, stirring occasionally (30 to 40 minutes).

2Mix thoroughly the other ingredients, reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on top.

3Mix with slightly cooled grits and place in buttered baking dish.

4Bake about 1 hour at 350°.
