- 1 c. grits
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- paprika
- crushed red pepper
Directions

1Cook grits as directed.

2When well done, add margarine, cheese and eggs.

3Sprinkle paprika and crushed red pepper on top.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350° in a loaf pan.

5Cool and serve.
