  • 1 lb. haddock fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Arrange fish on bottom of a flat greased baking dish.

    Mix milk into soup; spoon soup over fish.

    Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes until fillets are tender.

    Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
