- 1 lb. haddock fillets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Arrange fish on bottom of a flat greased baking dish.

2Mix milk into soup; spoon soup over fish.

3Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes until fillets are tender.

4Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
