  • white wine
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • salt, pepper and paprika

    Cover fish with white wine and allow to marinate.
