- 6 medium slices halibut
- 1 bunch green onions
- salt, pepper and sweet basil
- 1 c. cooking wine
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Arrange fish in greased shallow baking dish.

2Chop green onions, including tops.

3Sprinkle over fish.

4Season to taste with salt, pepper and basil.

5Pour on wine and let marinate 1 hour. Add sour cream.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
