Baked Halibut

  • 2 pieces halibut (6 x 10-inch)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped white onion

Directions

    Place the halibut in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and onions. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the halibut. Bake at 350° until fish pulls apart easily. Mayonnaise mixture will be a golden brown. (Do not overcook.)
