- 1 (12 lb.) fully cooked ham
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 can sliced pineapple in natural juice
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard or Dijon
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. beer
- whole cloves
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Place ham fat side up in shallow roasting pan.

2Insert meat thermometer.

3Bake at 325° for 2 hours (10 minutes per pound) to internal temperature of 130°.

4One hour before end of baking time, cut fat into diamond shapes; stud with cloves.

5Pour glaze over ham.

6Place pineapple slices over top of ham; insert cherry into center of hole of pineapple slices, securing with toothpick. Return to oven for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.

7Remove ham from oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes for easier carving.
