- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. fresh corn kernels or 2 c. canned white corn or frozen Shoepeg corn
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 4 1/2 oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all except Cheddar cheese.

2Pour in greased 2-quart dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

3Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
