Ingredients
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 to 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef, garlic and onion.

2Drain off grease and add sausage, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

3Simmer for 30 minutes.

4Cook lasagna noodles until tender; drain.

5Mix eggs and cottage cheese.

6Arrange lasagna in baking dish in layers, alternating with layers of meat sauce, cottage cheese, then another layer of noodles, sauce and cottage cheese until you have 4 layers.

7Then top off with Mozzarella cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
