- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth plus water to make 2 c.
Directions

1Melt butter; blend in flour.

2Cook and stir over low heat until browned.

3Stir in soup.

4Bring to a boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes.

5Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
