- 1 lb. big dried lima beans
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

2Cook lima beans in salted water with cover until done.

3Mix rest of ingredients and pour beans in covered casserole.

4Place slice of ham or Canadian bacon on top, if desired.

5Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
