Baked Lima Beans

  • 1 lb. lima beans
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Soak beans overnight.

    Drain.

    Add fresh water and 1 teaspoon salt.

    Cook 45 minutes.

    Drain beans and rinse in hot water. Place beans in greased casserole.

    Combine other ingredients and pour over beans.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
