- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 c. milk
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese to sprinkle
Directions

1Boil 1 pound of Mueller's elbow macaroni, drain and set aside. Melt butter in a pot over low flame.

2Slowly add flour and salt and blend.

3Stir constantly with milk added, and cook slowly over low heat until sauce thickens a little.

4Add Cheddar cheese.

5Mix with macaroni.

6Place in a large baking dish.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
