- 3 lb. mahimahi
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- bread crumbs
- 1 round onion, sliced thin
Directions

1Lightly salt and pepper the fish.

2Marinate in sherry for at least 1 hour.

3Butter the pan.

4Lay the fish down, then spread with mayonnaise, mixed with sliced onion.

5Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter.

6Bake in 400° oven for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
