  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.

    Shape into balls.

    Brown slightly.

    Combine catsup, mustard, vinegar and sugar.

    Pour over browned meatballs and bake in a covered dish at 350° for 1 hour.

    Check and add water, if necessary.
