  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1 eggs or 1 egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
