Baked Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

- 1 cup long grain rice
- 250 ml evaporated milk
- 1 -2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Boil rice until done.

2Place cooked rice in a baking dish.

3Add milk, water, butter, (add as much as you like I do 2 tbsp ) sugar.

4Stir all of it together and bake until done about 1 hr at 350 degrees.

5The water measurement is done with the can from the milk so 1 cup is a guess.
