- 2 c. seasoned croutons
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Spread croutons in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over croutons.

2Brown the sausage.

3Drain and put over cheese and croutons.

4Combine the soup, milk, eggs, dry mustard and onion.

5Beat together.
-
6Pour over croutons, cheese and sausage.

7Bake 1 hour at 325°.
