- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 12 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup grated cheese
Directions

1Place eggs and milk in a blender.

2Add flour, salt and pepper and process until smooth.

3Pour into a well greased 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan.

4Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Roll up omelet in pan, starting with short side.

7Place with seam side down on a platter and cut into slices.
