Baked Onion

  • 1 large onion (per person)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (per onion)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Peel off outer skin and wash.

    In a greased casserole, place the onion.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over onions (1 can for 6 onions).

    Cover each onion with 1/4 cup of cheese.

    Bake in 350° oven until fork can pierce onions easily, about 30 minutes.
