- 1 large onion (per person)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (per onion)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel off outer skin and wash.

2In a greased casserole, place the onion.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over onions (1 can for 6 onions).

5Cover each onion with 1/4 cup of cheese.

6Bake in 350° oven until fork can pierce onions easily, about 30 minutes.
