- 2 (8 oz.) cans oysters
- 1 pt. milk
- 1/3 stick butter
- 2 to 3 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat together in a casserole the milk and butter until butter is melted.

2Drain the oysters.

3Remove casserole from oven and add alternate layers of cracker crumbs and oysters to milk.

4Add more crumbs if needed but do not overload.

5Keep it slightly juicy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Makes 6 servings.
