  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 c. cooked or canned peas, drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cut bacon in small pieces and cook until crisp.

    Make white sauce of milk, flour and butter.

    Add peas, salt, pepper and bacon.

    Put in greased casserole and cover with bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
