Baked Pineapple

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Remove crust from bread.

    Cut bread into cubes.

    Beat eggs and melt margarine.

    Mix together eggs, sugar, margarine and flour. Blend. Add crushed pineapple (undrained) and bread cubes.

    Pour into round, buttered baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° approximately 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
