- 15 lb Turkey, Thawed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Lawrys Seasoned Salt
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 3 small lemon, sliced
- 4 clove garlic cloves
Directions

1Buy a Turkey

2Remove the neck and gizzards from the Turkey and set aside for use for another dish.

3Clean the turkey with cold water.

4Place the turkey in a roasting pan and carefully separate the skin from the turkey.

5You don't want to remove the skin from it, just loosen it up.

6Take the melted butter and rub generously all over the meat of the turkey UNDER the skin.

7Take the remaining butter and rub in the cavity.

8Mix the ingredients for the marinade well.

9Coat the entire turkeys skin with the marinade.

10Place in the fridge for at least a half hour to marinate.

11Remove Turkey from fridge and preheat oven to 325F

12Stuff the turkey cavity with sliced lemons and garlic cloves

13Pour the 2.5 cups of water into the roasting pan and place in oven.

14You will bake this in the oven for approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.

15This depends on size.

16Even if the thermometer pops out make sure you check the internal temperature.

17Every 30 minutes baste the turkey well with the liquid in the pan.

18Once fully cooked remove from the oven.
