Baked Pineapple

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 2 c. cubed bread (no crusts)
  • 1 (16 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

    Drain pineapple.

    Beat together the sugar, eggs, butter and milk until well blended.

    Stir in bread and pineapple.

    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
