Baked Pork Chops

- 5 large pork chops with fat removed (leave bone)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Lightly brown chops slowly in 1 tablespoon oil, then add 1/4-inch slice of a large onion, 1/4-inch slice bell pepper on each chop.

2Then pour 1 can tomato soup over chops.

3Cover skillet and cook on low heat for perhaps 1 1/2 hours or longer.

4Baste several times as they cook.

5Serve with rice.

6A delicious gravy is made.
