- 3 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. onions, finely chopped
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
Directions

1In a buttered pan, place alternate layers of potatoes and onions.

2Rub pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

3Lay them on top of the potatoes and onions.

4Pour the cream of tomato soup over them.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
