Baked Pork Chops

  • 3 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. onions, finely chopped
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup

Directions

    In a buttered pan, place alternate layers of potatoes and onions.

    Rub pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Lay them on top of the potatoes and onions.

    Pour the cream of tomato soup over them.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
