  • 4 to 6 Idaho baking potatoes
  • 2/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed

    Select 4 very large or 6 medium size baking potatoes.

    Scrub well and cut each potato into 6 to 8 wedges, lengthwise.
