  • 14 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon

    Melt 1/2 stick margarine in casserole or souffle dish.

    Beat eggs.

    Add pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, flour, and evaporated milk to beaten eggs.

    Mix well.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon.
