- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 3/4 lb. radiatore pasta
- 4 tsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed through a press
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (preferably white)
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
