- 12 chopped onion
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups boiling chicken broth or 2 cups boiling salt water
Directions

1preheat the oven to 375.

2saute the onion in 2 tablespoons of the butter until translucent.

3add the rice and stir until well coated.

4add the chicken broth or salted water, cover and bake for about 18 minutes.

5gently mix in the rest of the butter and serve right away.
