  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can mushroom pieces (4 oz.)
  • 2 c. consomme
  • 1 c. white rice
  • 1 c. brown rice

Directions

    Melt margarine in baking dish.

    Stir in rest of ingredients. Cover tightly and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cover again and continue baking 30 minutes more.
