  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. onion (grated)

Directions

    Beat eggs and add milk.

    Mix with salmon that has been chopped into small pieces.

    Place in buttered casserole.
