Baked Salmon

  • 1 (14.75 oz.) can salmon (Alaska pink)
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (can also use 1/3 less salt Special Request)

Directions

    In glass baking dish, melt the margarine.

    Pour liquid from salmon and break into baking dish.
  3. 3
    (Remove all bones as much as possible.)

    Add onion and half of cream of mushroom soup.
  5. 5
    Mix well.

    Add the remainder of soup and spread evenly on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 425° in preheated oven.

    Serve with favorite vegetable, pan-fried potatoes and hot buttermilk biscuits.
