Baked Salmon

- 1 (14.75 oz.) can salmon (Alaska pink)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (can also use 1/3 less salt Special Request)
Directions

1In glass baking dish, melt the margarine.

2Pour liquid from salmon and break into baking dish.

3(Remove all bones as much as possible.)

4Add onion and half of cream of mushroom soup.

5Mix well.

6Add the remainder of soup and spread evenly on top.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 425° in preheated oven.

8Serve with favorite vegetable, pan-fried potatoes and hot buttermilk biscuits.
