  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 ounces minced onion
  • 1 ounce chopped chive
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

    drizzle olive oil or place butter patches onto each fillet or steak

    distribute onion and chives onto each fillet or steak

    wrap each fillet or steak into parchment paper

    bake at 425 for approximately 15 minutes or until bubbling
