- 2 teaspoons dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 ounces minced onion
- 1 ounce chopped chive
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Directions

1coat each fillet or steak with dill

2add salt & pepper to each fillet, evenly
