- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- liquid from salmon plus milk (3/4 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. cornflakes or cracker crumbs
- chopped onions
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Flake, remove bones and skins from salmon.

2Blend in egg.

3Stir in liquid, cornflakes or crumbs, lemon, onions and salt and pepper. Spoon into greased loaf pans.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
