  • 5 lb. short ribs
  • 1 pt. sliced onions
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Combine all ingredients.

    Put in covered casserole in oven at 300° for 3 hours.

    Stir occasionally.

    If you want thicker gravy, put flour, salt, pepper and paprika in bag with ribs before combining.
