Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 lb. ground beef
- oregano to taste
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in oleo until tender.

2Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.

3Add beef. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

4Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Top with half of the vegetable mixture.

6Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.

7Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
