- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
- 1 (4 oz.) jar mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) jar sliced, ripe olives, drained
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

2Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.

3Add ground beef and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

4Place 1/2 spaghetti in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Top with 1/2 vegetable mixture.

6Sprinkle with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.

7Repeat layers.

8Mix water and soup until smooth; pour over.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
