Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large box spaghetti
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 to 4 small onions
- 1 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- about 1 qt. tomato juice
Directions

1Fry hamburger and onions until slightly brown.

2Fry bacon and break into small pieces.

3Mix tomato soup, mushrooms, mushroom soup and tomato juice.

4Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Put in alternate layers in 9 x 13-inch baking dish the hamburger, cooked spaghetti, liquid mixture, bacon and cheese.

5Cover with a few crumbled Ritz or saltine crackers.

6Bake about one hour at 350°.

7Save a little cheese to put on top.

8(Be sure to drain spaghetti well after cooking.)
