- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 large can tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown the meat with the onion and bell pepper.

2Cook the noodles only about half done.

3They should be bendable, but not soft.

4Drain the noodles and add the meat, tomato juice, salt and pepper.

5Pour the mixture into a roasting pan or large casserole. Bake, covered, for about 2 hours at 350°.

6Stir only 2 or 3 times during cooking.

7Top with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 6 people.
