- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Brown ground meat and onion; drain.

2Add barbecue sauce and simmer until meat is done.

3Press each biscuit into a greased muffin tin, making sure the dough is to the edge.

4Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.

5I usually bake for about 5 minutes before adding cheese.

6Also, leftover roast can be used instead of ground meat.
