  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

    Brown ground meat and onion; drain.

    Add barbecue sauce and simmer until meat is done.

    Press each biscuit into a greased muffin tin, making sure the dough is to the edge.

    Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.

    I usually bake for about 5 minutes before adding cheese.

    Also, leftover roast can be used instead of ground meat.
