Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
Directions

1Saute onions in hot oil until tender.

2Add beef and cook until redness disappears.

3Stir in salt, pepper, tomatoes, chiil powder, garlic salt and water.

4Simmer 30 minutes.

5Heat oven to 325°. Break half of uncooked spaghetti into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour on half of sauce, sprinkle with half of cheese and break in rest of spaghetti.

6Add rest of sauce and cheese.

7Bake, covered, for 35 minutes.

8Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
