Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • about 12 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 can creamed corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • few dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 c. tomato juice (if extra liquid is needed)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown meat; drain.

    Cook onions, peppers and garlic in oil. Cook spaghetti in salted water; drain.

    Put all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in a large bowl; mix well.

    Pour into a large, greased baking dish.

    Cover with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
