Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in margarine. Add ground beef; brown.

    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.

    Place half of spaghetti in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with half of vegetable mix.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

    Repeat. Mix soup and water until smooth.

    Pour over casserole.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
