Ingredients
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can sliced ripe olives
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in margarine. Add ground beef; brown.

2Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.

3Place half of spaghetti in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Top with half of vegetable mix.

5Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

6Repeat. Mix soup and water until smooth.

7Pour over casserole.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
