- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can sliced ripe olives
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender; add tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and oregano.

2Add ground beef.

3Place half of cooked spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Top with half of vegetable mixture.

5Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese over this.

6Repeat layers.

7Mix soup and water until smooth.

8Pour over casserole.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
