Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
- 1/8 tsp. mace
- dash of salt
Directions

1Drain fruit, reserving syrup for other uses.

2Cut apricots, peaches and pears in half.

3Combine fruit in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Combine the juices and remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.

5Pour over fruit.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Cool.

8Cover and chill for 8 hours.

9Remove cinnamon stick and whole cloves before serving.
