- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts or bottoms, drained
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Swiss or Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Melt butter and mix with softened cream cheese.

3Cut artichoke hearts in half.

4Line the bottom of casserole with artichokes.

5Mix spinach, lemon juice and cheese; pour over artichokes.
