- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Parboil squash with salt and pepper.

2Drain.

3Mash.

4Stir eggs into cream of mushroom soup and add to squash.

5Put in casserole, cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

6Bake 40 to 45 minutes in moderate 350° oven.
