- 2 lb. yellow squash (3 pt.), sliced
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Cook together squash and onion.

2Mash until soft.

3Add sour cream and soup.

4Add melted butter to stuffing and mix in a separate bowl.

5Put half of stuffing in casserole.

6Pour in the filling.

7Cover with the rest of stuffing.

8Bake 25 minutes in 350° oven.
